What is your return policy?
Every Calef candle is packed with care, with the hope that it finds a place in your everyday rituals.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us at shopcalef@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order details and photos or an unboxing video. We'll review the issue and help make things right in line with our return and refund policy.
Are any purchases final sale?
Because fragrance is a personal experience, we encourage you to choose your scent thoughtfully.
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, we may not accept returns on candles that have been opened or used, except where a return or refund is required under our policy or applicable law. If something isn't right with your order, please get in touch. We'll be happy to help.
When will I get my order?
Good things are worth waiting for, but not for too long.
Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 days, depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Every Calef candle is thoughtfully crafted and hand-poured in Jaipur, India.
From the wax to the fragrance, each detail is considered with care. Our aim is simple: to create scents that bring a little more feeling to the spaces you call your own.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. The applicable charges will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
